PAYMENT

Currently accepting payment through SquareUP  5 days after purchase.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays 7-15 days) of your order using Fedex PS. We work very hard to get your purchases packed and shipped in a timely fashion. Due to the high order volume shortly after a product release, we are a small company with just one or two people handling all of the orders, WE MAY TAKE UP TO ONE MONTH TO SHIP ORDERS. If you have not received your order in one month, send an email through the contact form asking for the order status before submitting a claim through PayPal. We would love to keep you up-to-date on the status of shipping, and would hate for you to miss out on a product that you truly wanted because of a lack of communication. Thank you for your patience, as we do our best to ensure the quality delivery of your product(s).

Shipping is as follows:

Priority USPS $3.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item (arrives in 1-5 days)


International Priority FEDEX $5.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item (anywhere outside United States) arrives in 1-2 weeks


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

I am happy to ship internationally, please just send me a message first so I can get you an exact estimate to your country. Please allow 24hrs for me to receive your order and package it up to send it to you. In 

In order to prevent any mishaps please be sure that your shipping address is correct and up to date on your paypal account.For custom orders, please allow an additional 5 business days for me to complete your order. 

I will send you a message when I ship your package, with a tracking number, so that you will know when to expect it.

REFUNDS:


Refunds will be accepted if there is an error on my part or if an item arrives faulty, and only will be accepted within 3 days from the day your package arrived. Item must be shipped back in original condition with original packaging. Once received, a refund will be sent via paypal.

Cancellations before shipping will be accepted. Refunds will be sent via paypal, minus the paypal fee and bigcartel fee (if any). 

I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail or damaged during transit. For this reason I carefully wrap all my items. 

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please just contact me and we will find a solution.
